Regulations on the registration of newborn
1. Regulations on settlement period of newborn
Within one month after the birth of a baby, the head of household, relatives, dependents or neighbors shall apply for birth registration to the household registration authority in the place where the baby resides. In case of abandonment of a baby, the adopter or the baby rearing organ shall apply for birth registration to the household registration organ.
