Directly eaten raw

Yuqian is more delicious with garlic juice.

Porridge

The method is the same as the common vegetable congee. Stir fry the onion or garlic and boil it with boiling water. Cook the rice or millet congee under the pot. Put the washed elm money when the rice is fast ripening. Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the right amount of seasoning to make Yuqian porridge. It tastes smooth, fragrant and delicious.

Make stuffing

Wash and chop the elm money, mix it with shrimp, meat or eggs, then make dumplings, steamed buns, pancakes, fresh and smooth.

In the past, eating Yuqian was for living; it was fun to eat Yuqian every hour; now, eating Yuqian is for tasting. Yuqian has strong seasonal growth and short growth period, which is affected by the region, that is to say, it is impossible to eat it every day, so it has limited impact on the dietary nutrition intake and health.
