4. Do not eat raw mixed snails

5. Diet taboo of snail

Snail should not be eaten with wax gourd, cantaloupe, Auricularia and sugar, or with Chinese gecko and Western oxytetracycline.

In particular, to prevent the infection of all kinds of food borne parasitic diseases, we should not only ensure that we do not eat raw snail meat, but also do not eat raw or undercooked pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits and other meat products.
