1. Connect the mobile phone to the computer and open the wechat chat record storage location. The path of wechat chat record directory is a long string folder (wechat account).
2. Use 360 file recovery tool, select the letter of the mobile phone in the selected drive, and click start scanning to recover the file. After scanning, export all contents in the wechat account folder in the directory according to the path in step 1.
3. Reinstall wechat and log in to the original wechat account. Then exit wechat login and end wechat background.
4. Re enter the wechat chat record directory, delete the content in the new wechat account folder, and overwrite the recovered content (some mobile phones need root to execute).
5. Reopen wechat and restore wechat chat records.
