Compared with yesterday's 5:00, the temperature in the Middle East of Northeast China and the south of North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai and other places dropped by 6-8 ℃ and 10-12 ℃ locally; at 6:00, the temperature 0 ℃ line is located in the south of Shaanxi, the middle of Hubei, the north of Jiangxi and the north of Zhejiang.
This morning, heavy fog with visibility less than 1km appeared in parts of Southeast Hubei, South Anhui and East Yunnan.

1. The influence of cold air is weakened
The impact of cold air on the central and eastern regions has weakened, and most of the northern regions will start to heat up today and tomorrow. Therefore, the Central Meteorological Station lifted the blue warning of cold wave at 06:00 on February 11. However, it is predicted that there are still 2-5 ℃ temperature drops in some areas in the east of Northeast China, the east of Huanghuai River, the west of South China and the southeast coast, etc., so the adverse effects of low temperature should be paid attention to. At the same time, the wind is strong in most areas of the north, accompanied by 4-6 northerly winds. In the eastern sea area, the Taiwan Strait and the adjacent sea areas, there will be 8-level and 9-level northerly gusts.
2. Weak precipitation in the next three days
From December 12 to 13, there was light to moderate snow in western Xinjiang and Western Tibet, including heavy snow or blizzard in parts of southwest Tibet. Most of the rest of the country is under the control of high pressure and the weather is fine.
III. future specific forecast
From 08:00 on February 11 to 08:00 on February 12, there were small to moderate snow or sleet in parts of Northeast Inner Mongolia, north of northeast region, southwest and east of Tibet, central of Western Sichuan Plateau, etc., including heavy snow in southwest Tibet; light rain or showers in parts of Southeast Tibet, south of Sichuan Basin, east of Yunnan, south of South China, Taiwan, etc. There are 4-6 levels of wind in the Middle East of Inner Mongolia, the south of Northeast China, Ningxia, the north of Shaanxi, the most part of North China, Huanghuai, the east of Jianghuai and the east of Jiangnan; there are 7-8 levels of wind and 9 levels of gust in the eastern sea area and Taiwan Strait. Some parts of central and Western Inner Mongolia, northern Ningxia and northern North China have sand or dust (see Figure 1).

From 08:00 on February 12 to 08:00 on February 13, some areas in Western Tibet, southwest Xinjiang, western Guizhou, etc. have small to moderate snow or sleet, among which, there is heavy snow or blizzard in Western Tibet; there is light rain or showers in eastern Yunnan, western Guizhou, etc. There are 4-6 levels of wind in the Middle East of Inner Mongolia, the Middle East of North China, the south of Northeast China, the east of Huanghuai, the east of Jianghuai and the east of Jiangnan (see Figure 2).

From 08:00 on February 13 to 08:00 on February 14, there was no precipitation in most parts of the country, and there were small to moderate snow and local heavy snow in parts of Western and southern Tibet. There are 4-5 winds in the east of Inner Mongolia, the east of North China and the east of Huanghuai (see Figure 3).
