generally, there are four procedures:

When declaring, the applicant shall fill in the application form and submit the applicant's ID card, the original house ownership certificate, house sales contract and other relevant certificates in accordance with the provisions.

2. Investigation. After receiving the application, the housing management registration authority will conduct a specific investigation on the ownership, nature, location, four directions and area of the house.

3. Review and announcement. The real estate management and registration authority shall conduct a comprehensive review of the ownership, area and purpose of the house according to the results of the house ownership survey, and announce the results of the review.

4. Register and issue house property certificates. At the expiration of the announcement, if no one raises any objection to the application for registration of the real estate, the housing management authority will register and issue the house ownership certificate.
