Thaw the microwave oven, cut a small hole in the packaging bag, adjust the microwave oven temperature to the 'thawing' state, turn it for 2-3 minutes, and the beef will soften and melt. Advantages: simple and convenient, short time-consuming; Disadvantages: the time is not easy to grasp. If the time is too long, the meat will be cooked accidentally.

Refrigerated thawing in the refrigerator. 6-8 hours in advance, put the frozen steak into the cold room of the refrigerator, and the temperature of the cold room is generally 0-4 & deg; C. The steak will melt slowly. Advantages: natural thawing, keep the original flavor and save electricity. Disadvantages: it takes a long time and takes 6-8 hours.

Thaw with salt water: thaw the steak in salted water. The melting point of salt is high, the ice melts faster, and it will prevent deterioration and bacterial growth. When heavy snow accumulates on the road in winter, we often see the road thawed with salt. The principle of the two is the same.

Place the steak on the metal (aluminum, copper, silver) bowl, pressure cooker and pot cover. It is best to contact the metal surface up and down. The larger the contact surface, the better. The principle is that the larger the thermal conductivity of the metal, the larger the contact surface, the faster the thawing. The conductivity of common metals is shown in the figure below.

Thaw at natural temperature. 4-5 hours before cooking, put it directly under natural conditions and let it thaw naturally. If it's summer, remember that if you forget, the steak will go bad.
