Therefore, someone put forward that the geological age we live in now has separated from the Holocene and it is time to enter a new era.

Scientists voted to enter the Anthropocene
The Anthropocene working group, composed of 34 members, investigated the geological structure changes of 10 sites to vote whether the earth entered the Anthropocene. In the end, the human world won by 29 votes. They chose the time limit in the middle of the 20th century. The landmark event is the explosion of the atomic bomb. During the 1940s and 1960s, mankind conducted many nuclear tests, resulting in significant changes in the geological environment.
