1. 2. 3. Car inspection: just as new employees need to have a physical examination before they start work, new cars also need to pass the car inspection before they get a license. After passing the inspection, the resident police shall fill in and sign the motor vehicle registration form. When checking the car, you should bring all the certificates, including the owner's ID card, the import certificate and the certificate issued by the vehicle management office.
4. Pay purchase tax: as high-end consumer goods, car owners must also pay purchase tax at the place designated by the transportation department. The vehicles purchased by the company can be paid by bank check.
5. Get the license plate: after the above four steps are completed, the owner can get the license plate at the designated vehicle management office. The certificates a car owner must bring to get a license include the purchase invoice, the vehicle certificate, the ID card and the copies of the above three items, the insurance policy, the purchase surcharge certificate, and the motor vehicle registration form that has passed the vehicle inspection. If the company purchases the car, the original and copy of the company code certificate shall be provided; For private car purchase, the owner's ID card is required. The license plate, temporary driving license and "check" plate can be obtained only when all the certificates are complete.
6. Filing: Although the vehicle has a license plate, the procedures have not been completed. Car owners also need to pay road maintenance fees at the local toll collection office. After that, the car owner should prepare two photos and go to the local safety committee to register the new car. After 3 days, the owner can change the official driving license at the vehicle management office with photos, temporary driving license, record card and road maintenance fee certificate. After that, you need to go to the local tax bureau to pay the vehicle and vessel use tax and get the "tax" plate.
