Retirement age of workers in public institutions:

(1) Civil servants who are 60 years old and 55 years old should go through retirement procedures;

(2) The professional and technical personnel and management personnel of public institutions who have reached the age of 60 for men and 55 for women shall go through the retirement procedures;

(3) Workers in government organs and institutions who have reached the age of 60 for men and 50 for women shall go through retirement procedures.

Retirement age of female employees:

(1) According to the normal retirement age stipulated by the state law, female workers should be at least 50 years old, and female workers in management and technical posts should be at least 55 years old.

(2) They have been engaged in high-altitude and particularly heavy manual work for 10 years, underground and high temperature work for 9 years, other work harmful to health for 8 years, female workers over 45 years old, and payment period over 15 years.

(3) Disabled due to illness or not due to work, confirmed by the municipal labor ability appraisal committee, the female worker is over 45 years old, and the payment period is over 15 years.

The latest regulations on pension in 2018:

(1) Retirees shall adjust the basic pension according to the payment period (including the deemed payment period, excluding the converted working age, the same below). For retirees who have paid for more than 10 years, 3.5 yuan will be added per month for each year; For the retirees whose payment period is less than 10 years (excluding the retirees who are transferred from rural to industrial land for construction), the monthly increase is 35 yuan per person; For the retirees who have paid less than 15 years, the monthly increase is 52.5 yuan per person.

(2) Before the adjustment of the basic pension, if the monthly pension is less than 2513 yuan, an additional 90 yuan per person per month will be added; If the monthly pension is 2513 yuan or above, if it is less than 3500 yuan, it will be increased by another 70 yuan per person per month; If the monthly pension is 3500 yuan or more, if it is less than 4500 yuan, the monthly pension will be increased by another 50 yuan per person; If the pension is 4500 yuan or above, each person will be increased by another 30 yuan per month.
