Cold proof and warm keeping: protect neck, shoulder and chest

Materials: 10 grams of wolfberry and osmanthus, 100 grams of rice, 15 grams of white sugar.

Materials: Huaishan, Euryale 50-100g each, spareribs 200g.
Methods: wash and cut Huaishan into pieces, wash Euryale ferox, wash and cut ribs into small pieces for use; add 500ml of water into the soup pot, put Huaishan ferox, and pork ribs into the pot and boil them in the fire, then adjust to the fire pot for 2 hours, and add salt to taste.
