Payment method:

1. Ordinary residence: (1) ordinary residence within five years (excluding five years) needs to pay full business tax;

(2) Ordinary residential houses with more than five years (including five years) are exempt from business tax;

2. Non ordinary residence: (1) non ordinary residence within five years (excluding five years) needs to pay full business tax;

(2) Non ordinary residential houses with more than five years (including five years) shall pay the difference business tax;

5、 Personal income tax rate: 1%
