Installation time:
1. Pay attention to the horizontal direction of the fan for horizontal installation, and ensure that the plane level of the fan and the foundation is consistent. To make the support level with the foundation plane, it can be reinforced if necessary (install angle iron beside the ventilator).
2. It should be noted that the adjusting bolt of the motor should be placed in the position convenient for operation, so as to bring great convenience for adjusting the belt tightness of the ventilator.
3. If there is a gap around the test area, it can be sealed with solar panel or glass glue.
After installation:
1. Check whether there are any left things or sundries inside the ventilator. Move with hand or lever to check whether the fan blade is too tight, whether there is any object hindering the rotation, whether there is friction or abnormal phenomenon, and test can be carried out after confirming that there is no such phenomenon.
2. In case of vibration or motor buzzing during the test, stop the machine for inspection, and start the machine for use after correction.
