Do you have these bad habits? Get rid of them

Some bad habits in our daily life may be fatal to our bodies. Do you have these bad habits? Come and have a look!

1. Sit all day

Taking the office or car for a long time will bring many kinds of health diseases. Even if you exercise regularly, you won't be able to offset the sedentary damage.

A new study by the Alberta health service and cancer care center found that nearly 160000 cases of breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer each year are related to lack of exercise, but only two-thirds of them are caused by smoking.

Suggestion: in work, we should form the habit of getting up and walking regularly. At home, we should also exercise more.

2. Do not turn on the range hood

A new study published in the American Journal of environmental health outlook found that when using gas stoves, poor ventilation can lead to indoor carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and formaldehyde exceeding the standard seriously. These three pollutants are very common in second-hand smoke.

Suggestion: no matter frying and cooking, as long as the gas stove is used, the lampblack machine should be turned on, which can reduce the pollution by 60% ~ 90%.

3. Too much meat

Animal protein, containing growth hormone IGF-1, which can promote the growth of tumor cells.

A new study from the University of Southern California, published in the journal cell metabolism, found that people who consumed a lot of animal protein in middle age had four times higher cancer mortality than their peers. But for people over 65, there will be no harm.

Suggestion: replace some animal proteins with plant proteins such as legumes. The middle-aged should be supplemented with protein according to their weight every day, and 0.8g for every 2 pounds (0.9kg).

4. High temperature fried food

A number of studies have shown that high temperature of edible oil will produce acrolein and a large number of polycyclic aromatic compounds. These carcinogens are also found in cigarettes, which can easily lead to respiratory inflammation.

Suggestion: use more olive oil, avoid too high oil temperature when cooking.

5. Long term lack of sleep

Long term lack of sleep is prone to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, obesity and other health problems. The study found that less than six to seven hours of sleep per night led to a similar increase in mortality as smoking. In addition, the lack of deep sleep and circadian rhythm disorder will accelerate the growth of tumor.

Suggestion: it is very important for health to ensure enough sleep for 7-8 hours every day.

6. Not drinking enough water

Even a slight degree of dehydration (only 2% of normal body fluids are missing) can affect energy levels. Dehydration causes blood to thicken, reducing the efficiency of the heart's delivery of oxygen and nutrients to various tissues and organs.

Suggestion: generally, when we go to work, we need to add more water because of facing the computer for a long time. In order to calculate whether you have reached the normal drinking water volume, convert your weight into pounds, divide your weight by 2, and then multiply by 28.35, so that you can figure out how much ml of water you should drink in a day.

7. Don't exercise when you are tired

This would be counterproductive. The study found that adults who are used to sedentary but healthy exercise three times a week for 20 minutes. After six weeks, they no longer feel tired, but more energetic.

Regular exercise can enhance physical strength and endurance, and help the cardiovascular system deliver oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body.

Suggestion: almost all activities can help relieve fatigue, such as singing, deep breathing, walking, etc. When you really can't lift your strength, lie down on your back, put your pillow under your feet, make your feet slightly higher than your head, and let the blood flow to your head to keep you awake.

8. Lying in bed and playing with mobile phones

The blue light emitted by the display screens of tablet computers and smart phones will inhibit the secretion of melatonin, disturb the natural physiological rhythm of the human body, and cause fatigue.

Suggestion: shut down at least half an hour before going to bed.
