Cook big job's tears together with mung beans, purple rice or yam, or boil it into job's tears water and add in fresh lemon juice, so as to reduce the strange smell of job's tears.

First, wash and water 100 grams of raw job's tears several times, and soak in cold water for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight.
