1. 2. The major disciplines of the college shall be able to cover more than 3 majors of the discipline; the common Undergraduate Disciplines of each major discipline of the University shall be able to cover more than 3 first-class disciplines of the discipline, and the full-time undergraduate and above students of each major discipline shall not be less than 15% of the total number of full-time undergraduate and above students of the school, and at least 2 master's degree The total number of bachelor's degree awarding points is at least 20.
Difference between University and College: Faculty
1. The general undergraduate school should have strong teaching and scientific research strength, and the total number of full-time teachers should be no more than 18:1, and the number of full-time teachers should not exceed 1 / 4 of the total number of full-time teachers in the school.
2. The total number of full-time teachers in the early stage of the establishment of the college shall not be less than 280. The proportion of full-time teachers with postgraduate education background in the total number of full-time teachers shall not be less than 30%, and the number of full-time teachers with deputy senior professional and technical positions or above shall generally not be less than 30% of the total number of full-time teachers, among which the number of full-time teachers with full-time teaching positions shall not be less than 10. Each public compulsory course and professional basic compulsory course shall be equipped with at least two full-time teachers with the post of deputy senior professional technology; each professional compulsory course shall be equipped with at least one full-time teacher with the post of deputy senior professional technology; each major shall be equipped with at least one full-time teacher with the post of senior professional technology.

The difference between University and College: scientific research level
1. Ordinary colleges and universities should have strong teaching force and higher teaching level. In the evaluation of teaching level organized by the Ministry of education, the evaluation conclusion should reach above good level (for the schools applying for the college, it refers to the evaluation of teaching level in Vocational Colleges and universities; for the schools renamed as universities, it refers to the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level in ordinary colleges and universities). A university should have won at least two national first and second prizes or provincial first prizes in the past two years.
2. Ordinary undergraduate schools should have a high level of scientific research. A university should also meet the following criteria:
(1) in the past five years, the annual average scientific research funds should be at least 5 million yuan for schools focusing on Humanities and Social Sciences, and 30 million yuan for other colleges and universities;
(2) in the past five years, scientific research achievements have won 20 awards at or above the provincial level (including the provincial level), including at least 2 national awards;
(3) at least 2 key laboratories and 2 key disciplines at or above the provincial and ministerial level (including the provincial and ministerial level) shall be set up;

The difference between University and College: Infrastructure
