1. Install 99 dormitory customer service software;
2. Open 99 dormitory customer service software, and click "query of CET examination Permit No. lost in June 2016".
3. Enter the full name, select the province, city, school and examination type, and fill in the examination room number. Click submit to query;
The name contains special characters such as' Akbar & middot; Mai TI '. Please try' & middot; 'and'. 'respectively (without quotation marks).
The examination room number is an optional item, which is located in the 11th-13th place of the examination permit number. In order to ensure accurate inquiry, dormitory 99 suggests that you ask the students of the same examination room to obtain the examination room number.
4. When you install or start, you will be prompted that "incompatible software exists in the system, unable to continue" incompatible programs are detected. Please change to another computer and try again.
5. Prompt 'unable to find the corresponding examination Permit No.'
The system is unable to confirm that the content you submitted refers to the unique examination permit number. It is recommended that you enter the determined examination room number for further query;
If this prompt still appears after you submit the examination room number, please check whether the school you choose is correct, for example, Philosophy Department of Macao University of science and technology, you need to choose philosophy department.

6. Note: this function does not support retrieving the oral examination permit number.
After filling in, click Submit and select OK;
