The next three are the examination room, and the last two are your seat numbers. For example, if you are in seat 01 of test room 100, it is 10001, and seat 29 of test room 14 is 01429.

School code + campus code + 171 + 1 or 2 (depending on whether you test level 4 or level 6) + examination room number + seat number
