5. At this time, magical things happen. If the red wine turns dark blue, it is the real red wine. If there is no reaction, the red wine is fake.

Because red grape presents the natural anthocyanins of color, purple red in acid condition, and blue green in alkaline condition, which is also a color characteristic of many natural pigments. If the pigment is mixed, the color will not change.

Identification method 2, suitable for occasions outside the home

Put the white napkin on the table, drop a few drops of red wine, even diffusion is the real wine, that's because the false red wine pigment particles are large, it will precipitate in the middle of the paper towel, and the outward diffusion is just water trace.

The fake wine on the market is basically pigment blending, so the accuracy of these two methods is almost 99.9%. So why not 100%? That's another possibility. If the fake red wine uses grape skin pigment or other pigment that can change color due to different pH, it can't be detected, but the cost of using this method is not low and troublesome.
