The cause of water leakage of air conditioner outdoor unit

1. If it drips from high and low pressure valve, it belongs to condensation water drop, which is a normal phenomenon.

2. It is normal that there is water leakage during heating and defrosting.

3. The insulation of the connecting pipe of the external machine is not in place, which leads to poor insulation and condensate.

4. Too much refrigerant in the system causes frost and water leakage in the liquid storage tank.

Causes of water leakage of air conditioner indoor unit

1. The drain pipe falls off or is damaged, and there is dirt blocking inside;

2. The installation is not horizontal, and the serpentine pipe is easy to siphon, so the water cannot be removed.

3. The water pan is displaced after handling and collision.

4. The water receiver is full of water, and the outlet pipe is blocked by water (in fact, the outdoor atmospheric pressure will press the water in the pipe). Just pour out the water.

5. When the indoor air humidity is high, there is a layer of water drops on the air outlet frame, swing blade or connecting pipe surface of the indoor unit, which is a normal phenomenon.

6. The condensed water of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is blown out by the wind wheel, causing the air outlet to spray water.

7. The galvanized plate used for the water conduction of the indoor unit of air conditioner (three fold and four fold evaporator hanging) is bent, deformed or fallen off.

8. The system is lack of fluorine and the evaporator is half blocked. When the system is seriously short of fluorine, the refrigerant will be vaporized in 2-3 long U-tubes near the input tube when it enters the evaporator, so the temperature of 2-3 long U-tube fins near the input tube of the evaporator is relatively low, while the temperature of other long U-tube fins is close to room temperature, so a large amount of condensed water will condense on 2-3 long U-tube fins near the input tube, which will freeze for a long time. When the evaporator is half blocked, the temperature of long U-tube fins with large snow seed flow is relatively low, while that of long U-tube fins with small snow seed flow is relatively high, resulting in a large temperature difference between the two flow paths, which causes a large amount of condensed water to condense on the long U-tube fins with large snow seed flow and blow out with the wind. In addition, due to the intersection of hot and cold air in the air channel, the water vapor condenses in the air channel, and finally leads to water leakage.

How to deal with water leakage of air conditioner

Sometimes the air conditioner leakage can be solved directly, and some need to find special maintenance personnel to repair. First of all, self inspection can be carried out according to the above situations. If the drain pipe is broken, the installation is not in place or the exchanger is a problem, special personnel are required to repair it on site. Of course, there are still some situations that can be handled by themselves.

If the water leakage is caused by the poor supporting plastic outside the water pipe, you can install an outsourcing outside to restrain the water flowing downward, of course, adding a water baffle is also a method; if the water pipe is not smooth, you can also find a way to dredge it, and check some outdoor drainage pipes, if it is the outdoor reason, it will be better solved. Generally speaking, for the layman, the air conditioning water dripping can only work on the pipe, and the rest can only be handed over to the maintenance personnel.

How to deal with the water leakage of air conditioner

1. The water pipe may be blocked. Try changing it.

2. The outlet pipe of the internal machine is a little higher. Let the outlet pipe be a little lower. If there is water leakage, the water can't be discharged!

3. Check whether the outdoor drain pipe moves to S-shape or U-shape. All the connecting flume of the hanging machine is negative pressure, and the drain pipe can only be discharged along the water, and the U-shaped water accumulated at any point will lead to water leakage of the internal machine. Check and straighten out the drain.

4. Take down the indoor unit and connect the water outlet pipe to see if there is any water in the condensation pipe of the indoor unit! Just reinstall it. There must be no water in the condensation pipe. There is no pressure when the condensation water comes out. If there is more water, it will flow back.

5. During the installation of indoor unit, in order to ensure the smooth drainage of condensate water, the position shall be corrected with level ruler.

6. There is a problem in the connection between the water pan of the indoor unit and the drain pipe.

7. The water pan is broken.

8. During the installation, the left side of the indoor unit must be higher than the right side, and should not be installed horizontally! Because the outlet of the water pan of the indoor unit is on the right side, and the left side is slightly higher, which is conducive to the discharge of condensate.

9. The indoor machine drips (leaks) water, and the condensate pipe is blocked (under normal circumstances, the condensate pipe drips very smoothly and quickly) If it has been installed for some time, and I exclude the above two situations. Most of them are caused by refrigerant leakage, and need to be replenished.

10. Set the wind speed to be too low, and the wind speed of indoor unit is caused by low speed, set it as medium high wind, and paste the flannelette insulation layer on the inner casing.

11. If the galvanized sheet is not assembled in place or falls off, reassemble it. The galvanized sheet is bent and deformed, and the galvanized sheet is replaced.

12. Clean and install the filter screen, and tell the user to pay attention to regular cleaning and maintenance. Experience summary: the filter screen is dirty and blocked, which causes more water leakage. After maintenance, the maintenance method of air conditioner shall be introduced to the user, and the filter screen shall be cleaned regularly. In addition, the frosting of evaporator and system with less fluorine is easy to be confused. The frosting of system with less fluorine will only frost locally on the evaporator, generally at the liquid inlet end of evaporator, while the frosting of filter screen with dirty blockage will connect the air return pipe (low-pressure pipe) of system All of them will appear, and the judgment will be correct when processing.

On the problem of air conditioning drain pipe

A. the inclination angle of drain pipe at indoor machine side (wall hanging and cabinet type) is too small. Treatment method: readjust the angle of drain pipe.

B. the drain pipe is too long and the water flow is not smooth. Treatment method: shorten the length of drain pipe as much as possible.

C. the drain pipe is not flat and twisted. Treatment method: rearrange the drain pipe.

D. the drain pipe (hose) is squeezed. Treatment: sort out the extruded part of drain pipe (hose).

E. the drain pipe is broken and cracked. Treatment method: replace the drain pipe.

F. the outlet of drain pipe is inserted into the water. Treatment: take out the drain pipe inserted into the water.

Daily maintenance of air conditioner

Maintenance before startup

Generally, the household air conditioner will be shut down in September, and it will not be started until May to June of the next year, and it will be shut down for more than half a year. Therefore, before the air conditioner is turned on, a comprehensive 'diagnosis' must be made to check whether the air conditioner has any' fault '. According to the results of the check, under the guidance of professional technicians, the maintenance and cleaning work should be done well. This maintenance and cleaning work should be in place, including the shell, body and filter screen of outdoor unit and indoor unit, and then the trial operation should be started to observe the refrigeration speed and effect.

Maintenance during startup

After the air conditioner is turned on, the maintenance times in the process of turning on the air conditioner are determined by many factors, such as environmental conditions, climate conditions, hours of turning on the air conditioner, surrounding dust, air cleanliness, and whether the room is clean or not. The environmental conditions are not good, the weather is hot, the air conditioner is old, the air conditioner has a long start-up time, and the maintenance times in the process of air conditioner start-up increase, usually once a month and a half. If the environmental conditions are good, the air conditioner is relatively new, there is less dust in the air, the air conditioner can be turned on reasonably and used alternately with the electric fan, the maintenance cycle can be appropriately extended, from the air conditioner on to the air conditioner off for 1-2 times. The maintenance shall be serious and careful, and no dead space shall be left. Maintenance after shutdown

The weather turns warm, the air conditioner turns on, the weather turns cool, and the air conditioner turns off, which is a perennial rule.
