Note that the original account needs to be unbound from Taobao first. Alipay's real name authentication method to modify the real name and ID number:
1, first landing on the official website of Alipay, landing by entering user name and password. You can also enter "Alipay landing" in the Baidu search box, and select the landing Alipay official website in the search results page for landing operation.
2, in the open 'Alipay' home page, click click 'account management'&rarr', 'account information', then click the 'modify' button after the account name.
3. In the "modify mobile number" window, click the "enter modify" button.
4. Then confirm the "verify the original mobile phone verification", click the "get verification code" button, then enter the "verification code" and payment password, and click the "next" button.
5. Then enter 'new mobile number' and verification code, and click 'confirm to modify' button. At this point, the new Alipay account is set up.
