At last Xiaofei died because of invalid rescue.

So, is squatting really so bad?

Professor Bi Qing, deputy director of Zhejiang sports medical center, said squatting should be a simple way to keep fit, but any exercise should be done step by step and with a good degree.

Take squatting as an example. The pace of a squat is about 5 to 6 seconds (about 10 per minute). When approaching the lowest position of squatting, it is better to slow down deliberately.

The first time to do squatting exercise should be around 20, and can be divided into 2-3 times a day, such as 20 or 30 squats each time, 5-15 minutes of exercise every day.

When squatting, pay attention to breathing methods: when squatting, inhale; stand up, exhale.
