If the same public rental housing project is held by different property right units, the rent standard shall be consistent.

If the city or district government allocates the public rental housing resources that have been operated for talent allocation, the rent standard shall be implemented in accordance with the rent standard of the public rental housing project.

The price of CO ownership housing for talent supply will be consistent with that of common co ownership housing. Zhang Dawei said that the above opinions did not break through the original provisions on joint ownership. In terms of selling price, proportion of property rights and sale, the previous provisions are still implemented.
