4. National student loan. In principle, the loan amount of each academic year shall not exceed 8000 yuan and the loan term shall not exceed 20 years. 4. "Three assistance" post allowance. 1. Tuition free

The state exempts all rural (including county and town) students, urban students majoring in agriculture, students with family economic difficulties, and students majoring in artistic drama performance from tuition fees (except other students majoring in artistic performance) among the full-time students of grade 1, 2 and 3 in secondary vocational schools.

Students who meet the tuition free requirements of private secondary vocational schools shall be subsidized according to the tuition free standard of local public secondary vocational schools of the same type and major. If the tuition standard is higher than the tuition free standard of public schools, the students' families shall bear the part; if it is lower than the tuition free standard of public schools, subsidies shall be given according to the actual tuition standard of private schools.

2. State grants

The objects of state grants are full-time formal students of grade 1 and grade 2 in agricultural related majors and non agricultural related students with family financial difficulties. The standard students are 2000 yuan per year.

The proportion of students with family economic difficulties is determined according to the region. 11 contiguous and extremely poor areas such as Liupanshan and rural students (excluding the county seat) of secondary vocational schools in Tibet, four provinces, Tibetan areas and three prefectures in southern Xinjiang are all included in the scope of financial aid.
