The reporter learned that Li Jinlian's claim for state compensation included compensation of 10902694.6 yuan for infringement of personal freedom, 10 million yuan for infringement of the right to life and health, 20 million yuan for mental damage and 500000 yuan for appeal expenses, totaling 41402694.6 yuan.
According to the latest national compensation standard in 2018, the daily compensation for violations of citizens' personal freedom is 284.74 yuan.
From October 10, 1998 to November 10, 2011, there were 4713 days in total. It is required that the average daily wage of the national staff in the previous year is three times of 284.74 yuan, totaling 4083171.6 yuan. Li Jinlian's application for 41 million national compensation is too exaggerated!
