How to cool hands and feet

In recent days, the temperature in the North has plummeted, and it will soon fall below 0 degrees. Walking in the street, it's so cold that it shrinks into a mass. In the unheated room, hands and feet are cold and shivering. Some people don't say that their hands and feet are cold every day in winter, even if they are a little cold.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, cold hands and feet are caused by stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, weakness of Yang Qi, insufficient firepower, and failure of Qi and blood to reach the end of limbs normally. Most cold hands and feet of friends and palace cold, stomach cold!

The root of all Yang lies in the four limbs in the Chapter 30 of Yang Ming pulse analysis. Yang Sheng means four branches, but in fact, you can climb high. The origin of Zhuyang refers to the meaning of sign, that is to say, limbs are the sign of deficiency and excess of Yang Qi! When Yang is abundant, limbs are solid, that is, hands and feet are warm and powerful; if Yang is deficient, you will be afraid of cold and cold, limbs are not warm!

As an old Chinese saying goes: the big river has water, the small river is full; the big river has no water, the small river is dry. That's the truth!

The big river of our body is our five internal organs. If the five internal organs are full of Yang and Qi and blood, then the small river - hands and feet will be warm!

According to traditional Chinese medicine, Qi and blood of human body, from the origin of its production, are the combination of the natural Qingqi absorbed by the lung, the essence of water and grain produced by the spleen and stomach transportation, and the essence stored in the kidney. Therefore, the generation of Qi and blood is most closely related to the lung, spleen and kidney!

Whether the body is full of Qi and blood is most closely related to the function of the spleen and stomach. The spleen and stomach are the biochemical source of Qi and blood, and are the organs of multiple Qi and blood, which are called the foundation of postnatal.

In winter, when the weather is dry, we should properly dry and moisten the lungs, replenish the lung qi, and let the lung qi spread. People with deficiency of lung qi, it's a good way to knead Zhongfu and Hegu acupoints anytime and anywhere!

1、 Cold hands and feet

Moxibustion points: Yang pool point, Yongquan point Yang pool is the pool that accumulates the body's Yang Qi, on the three jiao classic. When moxibustion on Yangchi point, the Yang Qi in the body will be stimulated, the Yang Qi in the body will also move, and the hand will soon warm up.

Yongquan point is the source of kidney meridian, which leads Qi and blood to the feet. In fact, it leads to Yongquan point, which is called the source of blood. Some people don't feel it when pressing Yongquan and Taixi acupoints, or even after pressing a nest, it's hard to return to their place for a long time, that is, kidney qi deficiency! Moxibustion of Yongquan acupoints leads blood to the source, and the feet are naturally warm.

2、 Not only hands and feet are cold, but also the whole body is cold!

Moxibustion points: Dazhui point, Mingmen point, Tanzhong point, Zhongwan point, navel, Zusanli point and Yongquan point.

Moxibustion time, once a day; each point of moxibustion 30 minutes; moxibustion a week rest 1-2 days. If due to time constraints, these acupoints can be moxibustion in 2 days, but to ensure the moxibustion time of each acupoint!

3、 Upper heat, lower cold

The best way to solve this problem is to knock the pulse and push the abdomen first, then moxibustion. Because don't push away the turbid Qi, turbid water and turbid substance in the abdomen, and excrete them, it will affect the normal operation of Qi and blood.

a. Strike the vein

Every day, tap your belt pulse and buttock 300 times at any time and place! Walk, watch TV, wait for the elevator

b. Push abdomen

Every morning and evening, 5 minutes each time; push slightly from the laryngeal node to the lower abdomen, focusing on the Tanzhong point and navel.

c. Paojiao and moxibustion

Remember to soak your feet first and dry them before moxibustion!

Back waist, navel, Yongquan acupoint, Zhaohai acupoint

Moxibustion once a day, the navel can be moxibustion for more than 30 minutes, and the other two points can be moxibustion for 15 minutes.

In a word, if your hands and feet are cold, no matter how you press them, or moxibustion, or hot water burns your hands and feet, or rub them, or exercise... You should keep them warm! Because they are signs of deficiency of Qi and blood in your body. It's not a good thing to lose Qi and blood in your body. At least this winter will be very cold!
