4. If the air-conditioned train cannot be repaired during operation due to the failure of air-conditioning equipment, the air-conditioning fare in the unused section shall be refunded.

According to Article 50 of the rules: in case of line interruption, when the passenger requests for refund, the total fare shall be refunded at the departure station (including those returning from the interrupted transportation station), and the difference between the collected fare and the taken interval fare shall be refunded at the midway station, no refund fee shall be charged, but the part charged due to price increase and the ticket used to the arrival station shall not be refunded.
