Projects on collective land
Some developers use collective land for development projects. Collective land is collectively owned by farmers as stipulated by the state. For various reasons, if the house is in the state of sealing up, the house property can not get the house property certificate, and the state of sealing up must be lifted.
Unpaid taxes on houses
Before handling the real estate certificate, we must pay the house deed tax and the corresponding maintenance fund stipulated by the state. If there is one unpaid, we cannot handle the real estate certificate.
