In fact, diarrhea after the cold is a disease in traditional Chinese medicine, which belongs to the disease from the outside into the inside. Do not use antidiarrheal drugs casually.

Symptoms of wind heat and cold:

1. Sore throat, usually before cold symptoms, phlegm usually yellow or black.

2. Runny nose, usually yellow.

3. The tongue coating is yellow or white. The tongue is usually red.

4. Constipation.

5. Heat, thirst, upset.

6. The pulse image is usually a few pulse or a flood pulse, that is, the pulse is faster and larger than normal.

Wind cold and common cold

The cause is usually tiredness, not having a good rest, plus blowing or getting cold. Cold usually occurs more in autumn and winter. Wind cold and cold belong to solar meridians, and the power on of the sun is blocked.

Its characteristic symptoms are:

1. Strong pain in the back of the brain is pain in the back of the head, with inflexible neck rotation.

2. Afraid of the cold and the wind, you usually need to wear a lot of clothes or cover a large quilt to feel comfortable.

3. The nose is clear, white or slightly yellow. If you don't have a stuffy nose, drink some hot boiled water and start to run clear. It's also a cold.

4. There is no moss or thin white moss on the tongue.

5. If you can feel the pulse, you should be able to measure the pulse as if it is floating tight. Floating pulse means Yang Qi is on the surface, and you can get it by taking it lightly.

What kind of medicine should I take for the wind heat and cold

Wind heat cold is caused by the pathogenic factors of wind heat invading the surface and the loss of lung qi. The symptoms were severe fever, slight evil wind, swelling pain of head, sweating, swelling pain of throat, cough, phlegm or yellow, stuffy nose, yellow nose, thirsty and fond of drinking, red at the tip of tongue, thin white and yellowish fur. The treatment should be based on the treatment of heat and cold. Often choose chrysanthemum, mint, mulberry leaf, etc.

The representative prescriptions are yinqiao powder and sangjuyin. Yinqiao antidote pill (tablet), Lingqiao antidote pill, Sangju cold tablet, Banlangen Granules, etc. can be used for the medicine. If the fever is severe and the sore throat is obvious, you can take Shuanghuanglian oral liquid (granules) and Qingre Jiedu oral liquid. These drugs have a good antipyretic and detoxifying effect.

If you have a cold with wind heat, you should drink more water and light food. You can drink radish soup or pear soup. If you have a cold with wind heat, you can also take a prescription: 3 g of mint, 30 g of reed root, 15 g of Banlangen, 6 days of raw licorice, one dose a day; or 10 g of bamboo leaf, 3 g of mint, 9 g of almond, 9 g of Forsythia, one dose a day.

Prevention of wind heat and cold

1. Avoid hot summer activities. It is suitable to have outdoor activities in the morning or after 5 p.m.

2. The room should be ventilated and the room temperature should be kept appropriate. The indoor air should be kept unblocked. The air conditioner can be used under high temperature, but the temperature should not be set below 26 ℃, and the air conditioner should not be turned on continuously for 24 hours. After outdoor activities or baths, avoid direct air-conditioning and cold showers, and immediately dry them with dry towels.

3. Ensure sleep time, at least 8 hours a day, and a half hour nap at noon will make your baby feel more comfortable.

4. Don't eat too much cold drink or ice water because of hot and dry.
