Voluntary structure
（1） Unified examination and recruitment
The unified examination and recruitment of undergraduate students consists of three batches: the first batch of undergraduate students, the second batch of undergraduate students.
Three sections a, B and C shall be set up in advance, and they shall be admitted in sequence. Each section shall be set with two sequence of volunteers, and each volunteer shall fill in one university. The first and second batch of undergraduate students are parallel volunteers. The first batch of undergraduate students can fill in 6 parallel volunteer universities, and the second batch of undergraduate students can fill in 10 parallel volunteer universities.
The independent enrollment, high-level art troupe and high-level sports team enrollment of colleges and universities are set up with special types of enrollment volunteers. Candidates can fill in one volunteer college, and the enrollment is arranged after the completion of the early batch enrollment of the undergraduate and before the beginning of the batch enrollment of the undergraduate.
Each of the above volunteer colleges and universities has 6 volunteer majors. When filling in the form, candidates must indicate whether they are subject to the professional adjustment within the College (the option of "subject to the professional adjustment within the college" is not set in Section B of the undergraduate advance approval).
（2） Unified examination, unified enrollment, specialized volunteer
Unified examination and enrollment of junior college students shall be admitted in order of two batches, i.e. college admission in advance and college general admission. The junior college sets up 2 sequential volunteers in advance, each volunteer fills in 1 volunteer college, each volunteer college sets up 6 volunteer majors; the junior college general batch sets up 20 volunteer colleges, each volunteer college sets up 1 volunteer major.
（3） Unified examination, unified recruitment and voluntary recruitment
During the enrollment period, when the candidates have completed their voluntary enrollment, if the current batch of university plans are not completed, candidates will be recruited according to the situation.
The volunteer recruitment settings are as follows:
The first and second batch of undergraduate recruiting volunteers are parallel volunteers, the first batch of undergraduate recruiting volunteers are parallel volunteers, the first batch of undergraduate recruiting volunteers are 5 parallel volunteer universities, the second batch of undergraduate recruiting volunteers are 6 parallel volunteer universities. Each of the above volunteer colleges and universities has 6 volunteer majors. The general collection of volunteers in Colleges and universities is parallel, with 10 volunteer colleges and universities, and each volunteer college has one volunteer major. Candidates should indicate whether they are subject to the professional adjustment of the university when filling in the application form of each batch of undergraduate recruitment.
（4） Single examination and single recruitment
Single entrance examination includes the recruitment of Vocational Teachers (undergraduate) and single entrance examination of higher vocational education.
1. One volunteer shall be set up for the recruitment of vocational teachers and one volunteer college shall be filled in.
2. There are two orders of volunteers in the single entrance examination of higher vocational education, and each volunteer should fill in one volunteer University.
Each of the above volunteer colleges and universities is provided with two volunteer majors, one subject to the professional adjustment option and one willing to go to school. There is also an option of whether to transfer to other schools.
The candidates who fill in the form of vocational teacher's qualification must be the graduates of secondary vocational schools and vocational high schools, otherwise, the application will be invalid. After the completion of the enrollment of the teachers in the vocational college.

How and when to fill in the application

From 8:00 on June 25 to 20:00 on June 29, the candidates for the unified examination shall fill in and submit the application forms of the advanced batch of undergraduate (including section a, Section B and section c), the application forms of the special type of enrollment, the application forms of the first batch of undergraduate and the application forms of the second batch of undergraduate. The candidates for the single examination shall fill in and submit the application forms of the vocational teacher's qualification and the application forms of the higher vocational examination.
From 8:00 on July 25 to 20:00 on July 26, candidates who are not admitted to the unified examination will fill in the application form of the advanced and ordinary college students.
Each batch of recruitment application and admission shall be conducted before the next batch of admission. During the period of admission, the filling time of each batch of recruitment will be released in time through the website of Beijing Education and examination institute.

Relevant policy description and precautions for voluntary filling
（1） "Double training plan" and "external training plan" are launched in different districts (referring to the district where candidates apply). The "double training plan" and "external training plan" between different districts, subjects and majors in the same university shall not be exchanged; only professional volunteer candidates are admitted at the time of admission, and no professional adjustment is carried out in the University. The "rural special plan" only enrolls candidates with agricultural household registration and student status in the new urban development zone and Ecological Conservation Development Zone (Tongzhou, Shunyi, Daxing, Changping, Fangshan, Mentougou, Pinggu, Huairou, Miyun and Yanqing). The "double training plan", "external training plan" and "rural special plan" enrollment shall be subject to the minimum admission control score line of a batch of undergraduate (Arts and sports majors shall be subject to the minimum admission control score line of corresponding batch of undergraduate).
（2） Candidates who move their registered permanent residence into the collective registered permanent residence of secondary vocational school in our city due to the reason of entering higher school: Art candidates can only apply for the national unified enrollment of art majors; sports candidates can only participate in the separate enrollment examination of sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports majors, and do not participate in the city's unified voluntary filling.
（3） The children of migrant workers who move with them can only fill in and submit the batch of volunteers for unified examination or the volunteers for single entrance examination for higher vocational education.
（4） Candidates who have been enrolled separately by the enrollment of the students who have been sent, the independent enrollment of higher vocational education, the enrollment of sports training and the enrollment of martial arts and traditional national sports majors will no longer participate in the unified application of the city.
（5） Candidates are required to fill in the application form in strict accordance with the "2018 national college enrollment in Beijing professional catalog". Before filling in the form, we should carefully refer to the enrollment regulations of the college, understand the specific requirements of the college, and consider carefully in combination with the relevant personal achievements and physical conditions. For example: when filling in the application form for art majors, you must obtain the relevant certificate for the examination of art majors; when filling in the application form for unified examination, you must confirm that your examination results meet the professional requirements; when filling in the application form for military colleges, public security colleges, armed police forces colleges and other colleges and universities that have been admitted in advance, you must attend the interview and physical examination on time according to the relevant requirements; For candidates of foreign language, economy and trade and other related majors, please refer to the catalog of enrollment majors to understand the requirements of these majors for foreign language oral test scores; for candidates of sports majors, please confirm the requirements of these majors for test scores of sports majors.
（6） The password for candidates to log in to the voluntary filling system is the password used to log in to the registration system when registering for the college entrance examination. Candidates can change the password in each period of time when the system is open. Candidates should keep the password of the registration system properly and do not disclose it. If you forget your password, please follow the webpage prompts to retrieve it or bring your ID card to your registration unit to apply for password reset.
（7） Candidates are required to complete the information submission before the deadline for filling in the application. No supplementary application will be made within the time limit. Candidates' wish is an important basis for admission. Once the time for filling in the application is up, no one can change it.
