Where to install the water cooling fan
1. If you choose to install a water-cooled fan at home, if possible, install the host of the water-cooled fan in the upper wind of the building.
2. In the case of good outdoor air quality, the installation environment for installing short air duct is selected for water cooling fan.
3. The water cooling fan shall be wall mounted as far as possible, and materials shall not be placed below the installation position, and shall not be installed near the exhaust port generated by water vapor, odor or peculiar smell gas, such as: steam exhaust port, toilet, kitchen, etc.
4. If there are not enough doors or windows in the cooling room (2 square meters for a single machine), a special forced exhaust fan shall be installed, and the exhaust volume shall be more than 70% of the total air volume of the water-cooled fan.
5. Ensure that the installation frame structure can support more than twice the weight of the whole water-cooled fan host, air duct and installation personnel to ensure the safety of the project and use;
6. The main engine must be installed horizontally as a whole, and strong typhoon prevention measures shall be taken. The mounting bracket must be able to bear more than 250kg dynamic load, and the mounting bracket more than 3m above the ground shall be equipped with guardrail. Tap water shall be used as much as possible for water inflow, and the water quality shall be kept clean. If the water quality is too hard, the water purifier shall be used for filtration and softening, and the drain pipe shall be connected to the sewer and kept smooth.

Post cooling (fixed point cooling)
1. Generally, the material of air duct is double-sided hot-dip galvanized plate with thickness of more than 0.6mm, and the plate shall be provided with reinforcing bars.
2、 The tuyere is set above the personnel post. The tuyere size can be selected according to the air pressure, air volume and air supply angle;
3. The specification of the air duct is generally designed by the rated velocity method. The main air duct is kept at the wind speed of 8-10m / s, and the air duct at the end is kept at the wind speed of 1.5-2m / s;
Overall cooling
1. Axial flow type shall be used for the overall cooling project, and elbow shall be used for direct air supply as far as possible in the design;
2. For places that need to be quiet, it shall be equipped with silencing elbow air duct.
