1. 3. Severe heatstroke can be divided into:

(1) Heatstroke and high fever: it is common in the elderly. It often occurs after several days of hot weather or long-term exercise. The body produces too much heat and lacks heat dissipation, resulting in a sharp rise in body temperature, weakness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, uncoordinated movements, and even fainting glue. The typical symptoms are high fever, body temperature can be as high as 41-43 ℃, flushed complexion, burning skin, no sweat, fast and weak breathing, rapid pulse increase, blood pressure drop, pulse increase, then the mountain is restless, vague mind, sleepiness, delusion, limb convulsion and even coma; pupillary reflex is slow or disappear; Severe complications such as brain edema, heart failure, pulmonary edema, renal failure, shock, metabolic acidosis, micturition intravascular coagulation and so on can occur, leading to rapid death.

(2) Heatstroke spasm: in the high temperature environment, thinking about the excessive loss of salt due to sweating during exercise, exhaustion of mouth, and then a large amount of drinking water, and the lack of salt supplement, so that the concentration of sodium chloride in the blood decreased, resulting in increased muscle excitability, resulting in quadrilateral skeletal muscle treatment twin pain.

(3) Heat exhaustion: the most common type of heat stroke. In the hot season, exercise or work hard and sweat a lot. (4) Heat radiation disease: work, exercise or military training in the hot sun, head lack of protection directly exposed to the hot sun, can cause meningeal congestion, edema and brain tissue damage. Since the head is the main injury, the symptoms that appear at first are severe headache, dizziness, dizziness, tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, restlessness and other clinical manifestations. Convulsions may appear in severe examinations, and even coma.

In the early stage of heatstroke, you should quickly go to a cool and ventilated place, lie on your back and unbutton your clothes, loosen or take off your clothes. You can use alcohol, white wine, ice water or cold water to scrub your body, and then use a fan or electric fan to blow your hair and speed up the cooling.

Mild heatstroke can be splashed with water. The water splashed on the skin evaporates faster to increase the cooling efficiency. Or wet the patient with a cold towel and, if possible, move the patient to a place with an air conditioner. In the initial stage and mild stage, when the patient is still conscious, some cool drinks can be given, and a small amount of salt or sodium bicarbonate can be added to supplement the water. But do not rush to add a lot of water, otherwise, it will cause vomiting, abdominal pain, nausea and other symptoms.

If the patient has lost consciousness during severe heatstroke, he can pinch the points of Zhonghe and Hegu to make him wake up. If breathing stops, artificial respiration should be performed immediately. For patients with severe heatstroke, they must be sent to the hospital for treatment immediately. When transporting patients, stretcher should be used to transport them, and the patients should not walk. At the same time, attention should be paid to the use of ice bags on the patient's forehead, back of the pillow, chest, elbow socket and the root of the thigh as far as possible, and physical cooling should be actively carried out to protect the brain, heart and lungs and other important organs.

Note: the patients who are conscious after heatstroke or after cooling can drink mung bean soup, light salt water, or heatstroke drugs to relieve heatstroke; usually drink more light salt water, soy milk, mung bean soup and other heatstroke reducing drinks, and try not to go out in the afternoon to prevent heatstroke.
