What to do if there is too much refrigerant in the air conditioner
Symptoms of excessive refrigerant in air conditioning
1. If too much refrigerant is added, the suction and exhaust pressure of the air conditioning system is very high. If the equipment can still operate, it is difficult to reduce the temperature.
2. The current value of the compressor power supply will be significantly higher. If it runs for a long time, it is easy to burn the electrical components.
3. If the refrigerant is overcharged, it will cause the condenser to be filled with refrigerant, resulting in insufficient heat exchange area, and high-pressure protection will appear after starting for a period of time.
Generally speaking, the performance after adding more refrigerant: the compressor is frequently sucked in, there will be a howl when working at high speed, and the refrigeration effect is slightly poor.
Refrigerant addition and multi treatment method
1. Recycle to fluorine bottle
Turn on the heating mode, just like adding fluorine. Since the crude tube is under high pressure at this time, freon will return to the fluorine tank. It is recommended to submerge the fluorine tank with water (this method is a little dangerous, but it is very environmentally friendly, so it is not recommended to do so).
2. Let it go
Open the high-pressure pipe valve of the air conditioner, and the refrigerant will be discharged automatically.
Air conditioning fluorination method
1. Turn on the air conditioner
When adding fluorine in summer, the air conditioner can be operated directly in refrigeration mode. Because the air conditioner can't add fluorine in the heating state, if it is adding fluorine in winter, the method of heating and pulling the reversing valve line should be used to force the air conditioner into the refrigeration state.
2. Connecting the fluorine adding equipment
After the air conditioner starts normally, connect the fluorine adding equipment from the process port on the low-pressure valve side of the outdoor unit. In this process, the air and foreign matters in the fluorine adding tube must be removed.
3. Piezometric fluorination
Observe the low-pressure pressure in summer. When the ambient temperature is about 32 ℃, the pressure should be controlled at about 0.45mp. If the high-pressure pressure is observed during heating in winter, it should be controlled at about 1.7mp after the pressure is stable.
4. Remove the fluorine adding equipment
If the fluorine adding equipment is removed in the cooling state, the sealing nano of the external machine is tightened, and the equipment is removed in the heating state, a large amount of refrigerant will leak.
5. Fluorination completed
If there is any leakage of fluorine after adding fluorine, it can be checked with detergent foam.
