According to the spirit of the notice on adjusting the basic pension of enterprise retirees in 2015 (HR & s [2015] No. 6) issued by the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of finance, with the consent of the Provincial People ' Gold enterprise retirees adjust to increase basic pension. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Adjust time and range
From January 1, 2015, we will adjust and increase the basic pension for retirees (including retirees) who have participated in the social overall planning of the basic pension insurance for enterprise employees and have gone through the retirement procedures according to the regulations and received the basic pension monthly before December 31, 2014.
2、 Adjustment criteria
1. Before December 31, 2014, the basic pension of each retiree who has gone through the retirement procedures according to the regulations will be increased by 110 yuan per month; then the basic pension will be increased by 2.5 yuan per full year according to the payment period of the retiree (including the deemed payment period, excluding the converted working age), and the payment period less than 1 year will be recorded as 1 year (the payment period will be calculated to month). If the basic pension of the former disabled retirees adjusted and increased according to the above method is less than 187 yuan, it shall be adjusted and increased according to 187 yuan.
2. On the basis of one general survey, before December 31, 2014, the basic pension of retirees over 70 years old (including 70 years old) and under 80 years old will be increased by 50 yuan per person per month; before December 31, 2014, the basic pension of retirees over 80 years old (including 80 years old) will be increased by 70 yuan per person per month.
3. On the basis of one general survey, for the retirees who retire and receive basic pension in the hard and remote areas (Sangzhi County, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, Chengbu Miao Autonomous County, Mayang Miao Autonomous County, Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County, Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, Jishou City, Luxi County, Fenghuang County, Huayuan County, Baojing County, Guzhang County, Yongshun County, Longshan County), each of them will receive basic pension every month Increase basic pension by 10 yuan.
4. For retired military cadres of enterprises with low basic pension, it shall continue to be implemented in accordance with CBF [2003] No. 29. That is, to earnestly implement the poverty relief standards stipulated in the provincial documents.
5. The measures and standards for the adjustment of the treatment of retirees in state-owned land reclamation enterprises and agricultural and forestry enterprises and institutions who have participated in the insurance according to the provisions of the document before December 31, 2014 are the same as above.
