2. No more than 8 hours in a day

If the abdominal band is used for a long time, it will seriously affect the blood circulation, restrict the activities of lumbar muscles and abdominal back, and potentially cause the risk of back acid and hemorrhoids. Generally speaking, the time of one day's abdominal band should not exceed 8 hours.

Also, it's better to untie it when lying in bed or sitting and resting, and then tie it when getting out of bed. Under normal circumstances, the abdominal band should be put on 30 minutes after meals every day, after urination, and taken off before sleeping.

3. The abdominal band can't be tied too tightly
