1、 If the working hours are extended beyond the daily standard working hours, the overtime wage shall be paid at not less than 150% of the hourly wage base;

2、 In case of working on a rest day, it is necessary to arrange a supplementary leave of the same time. If it is not possible to arrange a supplementary leave, it shall pay the overtime wage at not less than 200% of the daily or hourly wage base;

3、 In case of working on a statutory holiday, the overtime wage shall be paid at least 300% of the daily or hourly wage base.
