(1) After the lease period of 5 years expires, the lessee may choose to apply for the purchase of public rental housing.

(2) The selling price of public rental housing shall be based on the comprehensive cost, and the specific price shall be determined by the municipal price department together with the municipal housing security department and the municipal finance department, and shall be announced to the society on a regular basis.

(3) Purchase of public rental housing, one-time payment or installment can be selected. After one-time payment, the rent will not be paid; in installment payment, the unpaid area will pay the rent according to the regulations.

(4) The purchased public rental housing may be inherited and mortgaged, and may not be leased, transferred or given to other market transactions. The mortgage value shall not exceed 70% of the original value of the house.

If the buyer obtains other houses in the main urban area by means of purchase, gift, inheritance, etc., and meets the standard of per capita housing construction area in the main urban area published by the government, or needs to transfer and mortgage disposal due to special reasons, the government shall repurchase them. The repurchase price is the original sales price plus current interest of bank deposit in the same period.
