In accordance with the spirit of the regulations on the administration of personnel in public institutions (Order No. 652 of the State Council), the Interim Provisions on the public recruitment of personnel in public institutions (Order No. 6 of the former Ministry of personnel) and the notice on printing and distributing the Interim Measures for the public recruitment of personnel in public institutions of Anhui Province (wanrenshefa [2010] No. 78) issued by the Organization Department of the provincial Party committee and the Department of human resources and social security, the municipal government has studied and reported it to the Provincial Department of human resources and social security It is agreed that the Bureau of human resources and social security of Lu'an City will organize and carry out the public recruitment of staff for public institutions directly under Lu'an City in 2018 in a unified way. In order to do a good job in this open recruitment, we hereby announce the following matters concerning the open recruitment of staff by municipal institutions in 2018:
1、 Organizational principles
（1） Adhere to open and fair, and choose the best in competition;
（2） Adhere to strict policies and standardize operation.
2、 Recruitment plan
In 2018, Lu'an Municipal public institutions plan to publicly recruit 233 staff. Among them, two recruitment plans are arranged for the targeted recruitment of personnel who have been uniformly organized by our province, have completed their service period, and have been evaluated to be competent (qualified) or above, and for the selection of personnel who have been selected to work in the village, who have worked in the school teachers' special post plan in the rural compulsory education stage, who have worked in the grass-roots projects such as the "three supports and one support" plan, who have worked in the Western Volunteer Service Plan for college students, and who have been selected by the central government and other provincial organizations . upon expiration of the service period and assessment of competent (qualified) personnel of Anhui nationality in the 'service grass-roots project' (including the 'service grass-roots project' personnel expired in 2018). Retired college student soldiers who meet the requirements of post recruitment can also apply for positions of "service grass-roots project" personnel. Retired college student soldiers refer to those recruited by the military service organs of our province (or those of Anhui nationality who have joined the army in other provinces), who have completed their service and performed well; before joining the army, they obtained full-time junior college degree or above of general higher education, or before joining the army, they were full-time students of General Higher Education (including freshmen), and during or after their service, they obtained corresponding junior college or above before this year A person with a degree. 3、 Recruitment conditions
The recruitment targets are mainly those who have recognized their education background by the state, those who have graduated from previous colleges or above, and those who meet the recruitment requirements, and must meet the following conditions:
（1） Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;
（2） Observe disciplines and laws, and have no bad behavior records;
（3） Professional or technical conditions required by the post;
（4） Physical and mental health, can adapt to the post requirements;
（5） Other qualification conditions required for recruitment (see Annex 1).
The 'under 30' in the open recruitment job list is' born after May 1, 1987 (and so on for other jobs involving age calculation); the deadline for work experience is July 31, 2018. If the time is interrupted due to the change of work unit, the work time in different units can be calculated cumulatively. It is not considered as work experience for students to participate in work study and practice during their study period. Those who are under the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
（1） Personnel who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position;
（2） Non current graduates of full-time colleges and universities;
（3） Active servicemen;
（4） Personnel who have been identified by the human resources and social security departments of the government as having violated the examination discipline and are within the suspension period;
（5） Those who have received criminal punishment for their crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been punished by Party discipline or government discipline within the time limit or who are undergoing disciplinary review, those who are in the period of criminal punishment or who are undergoing judicial investigation and have not reached a conclusion;
（6） According to the relevant regulations of the state and the province, the staff of the organs and institutions that are still in the minimum service life are officially on the staff;
（7） According to the law, personnel under other circumstances who are not allowed to take part in the examination or employ as staff members of public institutions are not allowed.
