In some families, there may be some smoke stains, oil stains and other hard to remove stains in the fan blades of the electric fan. At this time, you can use the detergent to remove the oil smoke. This kind of cleaning only involves the surface of the fan, not the interior of the machine. The most important maintenance part of the electric fan is the motor. To maintain the motor, remove the screws, mainly to check whether the bearing and gear of the motor need to be oiled. Nylon gear is particularly easy to break and needs regular maintenance. It can be lubricated and maintained by sewing oil or common gear oil dripping from home.
Air conditioning fan
The air conditioning fan shall be cleaned by professional personnel. Because the motor part is hidden inside, the air conditioning fan generally needs to be cleaned by professionals. What we can do is to check whether the filter screen needs to be replaced, whether the filter element can be removed for water washing, and whether the water tank leaks or lacks water. Because other parts of the fuselage can not be opened by consumers, if there is a problem, it needs to be operated by professionals. When using the air conditioner at ordinary times, pay attention to check whether there is abnormal sound in the air conditioner fan. Generally, if the air conditioner fan is used for a long time, the bearing will make abnormal sound, and sometimes it will hear the knocking sound of "Dong Dong". It is likely that there is foreign matter in the water injection port, which needs to be repaired by a professional in time.
Ceiling fan
The cleaning of ceiling fans is purely a "surface" work. Consumers can remove the fan leaves and wash them by themselves, and the men at home can operate them. Because the motors of ceiling fans are closed, consumers can't dismantle them by themselves. In addition, pay special attention to the ceiling fan. Do you have the phenomenon of ignition when turning several gears of the controller by hand. If there is such a phenomenon, it means that the controller needs to be replaced. Exhaust fan
1. Gently unplug the power supply of the exhaust fan to ensure the mechanical and electrical separation. Be careful when unplugging the power supply.
2. Dilute the neutral detergent with a small amount of warm water or prepare a small amount of light soap water. If there is oil stain, use hot water and detergent. Add more detergent. Hot water must be used here.
3. Loosen the front and rear screws, and gently remove the rear cover of the field exhaust fan.
4. Pull out the connector of the exhaust fan, remove the filter screen and the rear cover together, and do not touch each other.
5. Put the filter screen and back cover into the container, wash for 10-15 minutes, and then replace with clean water for cleaning. Do not immerse the small motor in water or wash the small motor with water. Remove the parts that need to be cleaned if there is oil stain, soak them in the solution mixed with detergent and vinegar for 10-20 minutes, and then wipe them with a clean cloth, so that the clear parts will be more thorough.
6. Wipe the clean leaves and inner wall with clean water.
7. Reinstall the filter screen and the rear cover. The distance should not be too close, and the air circulation and humidity should be kept balanced. If necessary, consider using some dehumidifiers or dehumidification facilities together, and use purified water as much as possible when injecting water to the water cooling device.
