(2) forging, concealing or destroying evidence, or providing false testimony or making a false report of the case, thus affecting the handling of the case by the administrative law enforcement organ according to law;
(3) concealing, transferring or selling the stolen goods on behalf of others, knowing that they are stolen goods;
(4) a criminal who is subject to control or deprivation of political rights according to law, or who is on probation or temporarily put out of prison for execution, or who is subject to criminal coercive measures according to law, commits any act in violation of laws, administrative regulations or the provisions on supervision and administration of the relevant departments of the State Council.
