Responsibilities:
(1) Accept customer consultation and provide customers with friendly, efficient and professional answers;
(2) Improve customer satisfaction, record customer feedback problems and needs, actively communicate with other departments, coordinate and solve customer problems; (3) transfer customer voice, collect and record customer voice and suggestions, and provide effective data support for customer business strategy;
(4) Actively provide various value-added services to existing customers.
