2、 Job responsibilities

(1) Marketing management post of marketing management department

1. Be responsible for the development of marketing channels for corporate business, focusing on the construction of cultural and creative platforms, and guiding the business units to do a good job in marketing development for corresponding customers.

2. Be responsible for formulating assessment incentive policies and marketing competition plans.

3. Coordinate the relevant business departments of the head office and branches, and cooperate with the business units to carry out business.

4. Actively understand the market demand, develop relevant innovative products and promote new products.

5. Collect and analyze the operation status of the business unit, and do a good job in the daily information maintenance of the business unit.

6. Other marketing management work.

(2) Full time approver post of risk and compliance management department

1. Review credit customer information, credit investigation report and other materials, conduct on-site verification as required, analyze the risk points and feasibility of credit business, propose measures to prevent and control risks, and issue risk review opinions.

2. Attend the credit approval meeting or issue approval opinions according to the authorization approval process, laws and regulations, rules and credit policies, and be responsible for the approval results.

3. According to the risk changes of credit customers, the customer manager is required to initiate credit re inspection, review the credit re inspection report and approve it.

4. Review the implementation of credit conditions for credit projects with conditional consent.

5. To complete other responsibilities stipulated in the credit management system of the bank.

(3) Wenshugang of operation management department

1. Be responsible for the statistics, data collection and submission of deposit and loan plans.

2. Financial management, accounting, cashier, payment and settlement management.

3. Overall planning and management of administrative operation.

4. Human resource management, including but not limited to talent recruitment, information release, etc.
