31 provinces determine the opening time and 2020 autumn opening schedule

This means that universities in Taizhou will continue to delay the opening of schools in March.
Just the day before yesterday, the first batch of high schools and secondary vocational schools in Qinghai ushered in the opening of school, and Qinghai has also become the first province in China to open school this spring.
So why doesn't Jiangsu Province start school yet? When will classes resume? I believe everyone has this question.
The Ministry of education has recently made a principled requirement for the opening of school. Three conditions must be met before the opening of school can be considered.
The epidemic situation has been basically controlled. The so-called basic control is determined by the state, which may be accurate to the epidemic prevention and control at the county level.
Social parents believe, or the vast majority agree, that it is safe to start school now.
After the school starts, the necessary prevention and control materials and conditions are in place.
Only after these three conditions are met, can we consider when the school starts.
As of March 7, Qinghai Province has been a national low-risk area for 20 consecutive days. Experts assessed that the future epidemic risk in Qinghai Province is generally in a preventable and controllable range, which is also a major premise for the opening of school in spring in Qinghai Province.
According to the latest information released by Jiangsu Health Protection Committee in March 13th (today): 0-24 hours in March 12th, no confirmed case of New Coronavirus pneumonia was found in Jiangsu province.
This means that there have been no new cases in Jiangsu Province for 23 consecutive days. Up to now, novel coronavirus pneumonia is a low risk area in 81 counties (cities and districts) in Jiangsu, but Jiangsu is still in the two level epidemic prevention and control status. Low risk does not mean no risk. We still need to be cautious at the beginning of school.

The guidelines for the opening of 2020 spring semester of primary and secondary schools in Jiangsu Province released by the Department of education of Jiangsu Province on March 3 provide answers to questions such as the opening time, students' meals and accommodation.
According to the 20 standards, at present, many schools in Taixing basically meet the opening conditions.
At the same time, do a good job in the safety of teaching staff returning to school and post, and make positive preparations for the resumption of classes.
Everything is moving in a good direction.
At present, the continued postponement of the opening time will have a certain impact on the teaching arrangement of the new semester, but there is no doubt that the safety of students is always the top priority.
The suspension of classes is not equal to suspension of school. On the day of epidemic prevention at home, what parents, teachers and students can do is to cooperate with each other and do a good job in online education.
