According to the regulations on personnel management of public institutions (Order No. 652 of the State Council) and the notice on printing and distributing the Interim Measures for public recruitment of personnel by public institutions of Anhui Province (wrsf [2010] No. 78) issued by the Organization Department of the provincial Party committee and the Department of human resources and social security of Anhui Province, we hereby announce the relevant matters of public recruitment of personnel by some public institutions of Huizhou District in 2018 Next:
1、 Recruitment principles
（1） Adhere to the social and open recruitment;
（2） Insist on examination, investigation and employment;
（3） Adhere to unified organization and division of labor.
2、 Recruitment plan
With the approval of Huangshan human resources and Social Security Bureau, some institutions in Huizhou District publicly recruited 72 staff in 2018 (see the attached table for details).
From April 20, 2018, the recruitment plan (position) and other information will be available on China Huizhou website (http://www.huizouqu.gov.cn/), Huizhou pioneer website (http://www.hzqxfw.gov.cn/index.html), Huizhou human resources and Social Security Bureau Information Disclosure website (http://www.huizouqu.gov.cn/branchopennesscontent/showlist/10605/30200/page_1. HTML) and Huangshan human resources and Social Security Bureau website (http://rsj.huangshan.gov.cn/) and relevant media.
Examination and other relevant information will be successively published on the information disclosure network of human resources and Social Security Bureau of Huizhou District and pioneer network of Huizhou District. Please log in to the website for inquiry and reference.
3、 Recruitment conditions
The target of recruitment is the graduates who have been admitted by the state, previous junior college graduates or above, and the personnel who meet the requirements of recruitment positions, and must meet the following conditions:
（1） Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;
（2） Compliance with the Constitution and laws;
（3） Good character;
（4） Academic degree, major and skills required for the post;
（5） Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;
（6） Other conditions required by the post;
'under 30' in 'age condition' means' born after May 2, 1987 '(other matters related to age calculation, etc.). The work experience requirements in 'application conditions' are calculated by full year, and the deadline is July 31, 2018. The interruption time due to the change of work unit can be accumulated. It is not considered as work experience for students to participate in work study and practice during their study period.
Under any of the following circumstances, no one may apply for the examination:
（1） Personnel who do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position;
（2） Non current graduates of full-time colleges and universities;
（3） Active servicemen;
（4） Personnel who have been identified by the human resources and Social Security Department of the government as having violated the examination discipline and are within the suspension period;
（5） Those who have received criminal punishment for their crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been punished by Party discipline or government discipline within the time limit or who are undergoing disciplinary review, those who are in the period of criminal punishment or who are undergoing judicial investigation and have not reached a conclusion;
（6） The newly hired civil servants who are still in the probation period and who have not completed the minimum service life (5 years) in the organ;
（7） According to the law, personnel under other circumstances who are not allowed to take part in the examination or employ as staff members of public institutions are not allowed.
