2018 recruitment of staff of institutions in Qijiang District, Chongqing (54 people)

4hw.com.cn: in order to further optimize the staff structure of public institutions in our district and enrich the staff team of public institutions, in accordance with the regulations on personnel management of public institutions, the implementation measures for public recruitment of public institutions in Chongqing (yrf [2006] No.44), the notice on further standardizing public recruitment of public institutions (yrf [2006] No.44), the Organizational Department of the municipal Party committee and the municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau Shefa [2011] No. 326) and Chongqing human resources and Social Security Bureau's notice on printing and distributing six supporting documents for public recruitment (yurenshefa [2016] No. 281) such as & lt; measures for assessment and recruitment of staff in Chongqing public institutions and other relevant regulations, in combination with the actual situation of our District and approved by the municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau, are now open recruitment of staff in public institutions.

1、 Recruitment principles;

Adhere to the policy of democracy, openness, competition and selection of the best, and take the way of combining examination with assessment according to the standard of both ability and morality.

2、 Recruitment unit and position

This time, Qijiang District recruits 54 public institution staff (including 5 poor university graduates) from 45 positions to the public. See the list of public institution staff positions in the second quarter of 2018 in Qijiang district (Annex 5, hereinafter referred to as the list) for specific recruitment units and positions. If there are professional requirements for recruitment posts, they shall be implemented in accordance with the professional reference catalogue of civil servants employed in Chongqing examination (revised in the second half of 2015) (Annex 6).

3、 Recruitment scope and target

(1) Anyone who meets the following conditions can apply.

1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China;

2. Abide by the national constitution and laws and have good conduct;

3. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;

4. Meet the post recruitment conditions (see the list for details);

5. Willing to serve in the recruitment unit for 3 years and our district for more than 5 years;

6. Meet the relevant requirements of the withdrawal system for public recruitment of staff in public institutions;

7. For those aged 35 and below, the age of those with intermediate title can be extended to 40 and those with senior title to 45. The deadline for age calculation is the day before application.

(2) To apply for the special post for the poor college students, they must belong to the college students who have graduated from the full-time ordinary colleges and universities in the past five years and who are still poor families. Before entering the University, their registered permanent residence is in Qijiang District, Nanchuan District, Jiangjin district and Banan District (including the poor college graduates whose original registered permanent residence is in Qijiang District, Nanchuan District, Jiangjin district and Banan District, but whose registered permanent residence is moved to the University due to the entrance examination). As of the day before the registration, the applicants shall be ordinary college graduates in one of the following situations: the "zero employment" families confirmed by Qijiang District, Nanchuan District, Jiangjin district and Banan District Employment Bureau, the rural card building poor families confirmed by the district Poverty Alleviation Office, the urban and rural low security families confirmed by the District Civil Affairs Bureau and the disabled 2016, 2017 and 2018 ordinary college graduates.

(3) The following personnel are not included in the recruitment scope

Those who have been punished or dismissed from public office for their crimes; those who have not completed the execution of punishment or belong to the defendant or criminal suspect in criminal cases, who have not cancelled the case by the judicial organ, who have not made the decision of not prosecuting by the procuratorial organ or who have not been acquitted by the people's court; those who have not been punished by Party discipline or political discipline or who are undergoing discipline review; those who have not been dismissed or dismissed by the unit Staff members of the original government agencies and institutions who have completed five years; those who are in the period of forbidden examination due to violation of recruitment (employment) discipline of staff members of government agencies and institutions; those who are dishonest and executed as announced by the Supreme People's court; those who are in the probation period; active servicemen; those who are not full-time graduates in 2018; those who are not allowed to be employed as staff members of public institutions according to laws and regulations Member. The internal staff in the district shall not apply for the recruitment examination of institutions of the same nature.

Non 2018 undergraduate and graduate students who are out of production and studying in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated can not apply for the examination with the obtained academic degree (degree) certificate. For the full-time academic degree (degree) students studying in overseas universities, their academic degree (degree) must be certified by the China Service Center of the Ministry of education before the reexamination of interview qualification.
