1、 Recruitment principles

2、 Recruitment position
In 2018, the district's public institutions plan to recruit 2559 staff members to the public, including 411 staff from district departments, 509 staff from prefecture level cities and 1639 staff from counties (cities, districts). For the specific scope and conditions, please refer to the list of open recruitment positions of public institutions in 2018 (Annex 1). In 2018, the recruitment announcement of special post teachers in the whole district will be issued separately.
In 2018, 439 high-level talents in urgent need were publicly recruited by public institutions in the region, and the announcement was released on March 5 on the website of Ningxia Personnel Examination Center (http://www.nxpta.gov.cn).
3、 Application conditions
（1） Persons with the following qualifications may apply for the examination:
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China and support the constitution of the people's Republic of China;
2. Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct well, have good professional ethics, and be able to perform the obligations of the staff of public institutions;
3. Persons with permanent residence in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (obtained before the date of announcement) or who are not subject to the restrictions of permanent residence in Ningxia and relevant cities and counties (districts) in the region.
4. Under the age of 35 years (born after April 18, 1983), with professional and technical qualification above deputy senior level, and under the age of 40 years (born after April 18, 1978). If the recruitment unit has special needs, the age shall be subject to the specific requirements of the recruitment post;
5. Good health;
6. Meet the relevant qualification requirements of each recruitment position in the list of open recruitment positions of public institutions in 2018 (Annex 1);
7. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
（2） The following persons shall not apply for examination:
1. Persons who have been punished for crimes;
2. A person who has been dismissed from public service;
3. Personnel during the disciplinary period;
4. Those who are suspected of breaking the law or discipline and are under examination, investigation or trial;
5. Those involved in serious dishonesty in the fields of finance, statistics, real estate, insurance, etc., and those whose dishonesty has been executed; those who have been found to have violations of disciplines and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions, and are still in the period of examination ban;
6. Special teachers who have been recruited;
