Public recruitment of public institutions

Hainan housing accumulation fund administration is a sub department level institution under the jurisdiction of Hainan Provincial People's government and under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Department of housing and construction. According to the work needs of our bureau and approved by the Department of human resources and social security of Hainan Province, we are now open to recruitment of career staff nationwide. According to the notice of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of human resources and social security on further standardizing the public recruitment of public institutions, and the implementation measures for public recruitment of public institutions in Hainan Province, the relevant matters of recruitment are announced as follows:

1、 Recruitment position, position conditions and number of employees

The plan is to recruit 22 career staff of Hainan housing provident fund management bureau. For the specific recruitment positions, number of people, specialty and other conditions, please refer to the table of distribution of number of secretarial positions recruited by Hainan housing provident fund administration and the table of distribution of number of financial positions recruited by Hainan housing provident fund administration.

2、 Recruitment target and scope

For those who have obtained full-time bachelor's degree or above and obtained bachelor's degree or above at the same time and meet the requirements of relevant post conditions of this open recruitment and other requirements of this announcement, the household registration is not limited, and the fresh graduates in 2018 can also apply for the examination.

3、 Recruitment conditions

1. Applicants should have the following conditions at the same time:

(1) Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;

(2) Abide by national laws and regulations, and have no illegal or disciplinary behaviors;

(3) Good conduct and professional ethics;

(4) Be in good health and have physical conditions for normal performance of post duties;

(5) Meet other specific requirements and qualification requirements for recruitment positions;

(6) Personnel commissioned, targeted and on-the-job shall be approved by the original commissioned, targeted and working units.

2. Those who have any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

(1) Having been subject to various criminal penalties;

(2) Having been dismissed from public service;

(3) Any illegal or disciplinary act is under examination;

(4) Party discipline and political discipline have not been lifted;

(5) Those who should be avoided in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Provisions on public recruitment of personnel by public institutions (Order No. 6 of the former Ministry of personnel) and the implementation measures for public recruitment of personnel by public institutions of Hainan Province (qiongren Shefa [2011] No. 100);

(6) Active servicemen and non current graduates;

(7) Those who violate relevant regulations and are not suitable for applying for the examination of public institutions.
