1、 Selected subjects and places
The number of subjects and places to be transferred shall be announced before application.
2、 Candidates and conditions
（1） Candidates
Public teachers of rural schools (kindergartens) in the county (including teachers in urban areas).
（2） Entry conditions for primary and secondary schools
1. The major of study and the subject of application must be corresponding or similar, or the subject of teaching in the past two years is the same as the subject of application, in which the subject of sound, physical education, beauty, planning and special education must be graduated from this major.
2. The teachers participating in the examination must have been teaching for at least three years and have been teaching in the county for more than two years, i.e. they started teaching before the next semester (inclusive) in 2015, and have not left the education and teaching posts in the county in the past two years (except those approved by the organization).
3. The teachers of primary schools (including special education schools) applying for the examination shall have the teacher qualification certificate, college degree or above, have been teaching in primary schools since 2014, or the professional and technical titles employed in nine-year consistent schools shall be primary school series; the teachers of central primary schools who have been employed since 2010 shall have one year of actual teaching experience in village primary schools (the teachers arranged for mobile teaching in Central Primary Schools shall be regarded as teaching experience in village primary schools) Calendar.
4. The teachers of the secondary school should have the qualification certificate of junior middle school or above, bachelor degree or above. Shicheng middle school needs teachers within the approved total amount preferentially from the introduction of graduate students and high school teachers from other places, one student from the county and two or more education graduates from Provincial Normal Colleges; if not enough, select and transfer professional counterpart teachers among the middle school candidates (the first degree is required to be two and have high school teacher qualification); those who are transferred to Ganyuan middle school must have high school education Teacher qualification certificate.
（3） Conditions for kindergarten entrance examination
A kindergarten teacher who has taught in a rural kindergarten for two full school years.
（4） Under any of the following circumstances, applicants are not allowed to apply for the examination
1. Having been punished by Party discipline and political discipline, and the punishment period is not yet expired.
2. The relevant departments are putting the case on file for investigation and have not made a conclusion.
3. The teachers who were originally assigned to remote mountainous areas have not reached the contract term.
4. Special duty students whose service period has not expired.
