On January 29, 2017, the Department of human resources and social security of Hainan Province and the Department of finance of Hainan Province jointly issued a notice. Since January this year, the basic pension standard of basic endowment insurance for rural residents in our province has been increased from 135 yuan per person per month to 145 yuan per person per month.
According to the notice on further improving the basic pension standard of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents jointly issued by the Department of human resources and social security of Hainan Province and the Department of finance of Hainan Province, since January 2015, the basic pension standard of basic endowment insurance for rural residents in our province has been increased from 135 yuan per person per month to 145 yuan per person per month. The required funds shall be shared by the central finance, provincial finance and municipal and county finance. Among them, the central government grants 70 yuan per person per month, and the rest of the provincial finance and the finance of Haikou City, Sanya City and Yangpu Economic Development Zone share in the proportion of 4:6, and the provincial finance and the finance of other cities and counties share in the proportion of 6:4.
According to the requirements of the Ministry of human resources and social security and the Ministry of finance, the adjustment of the basic pension standard of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents must be completed before April 15, 2015, according to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of human resources and social security.
