1、 Interviewee
Candidates with household registration or personnel relationship in Beijing who have participated in the written examination of the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and have passed the written examination in all subjects and are within 2 years of validity can apply for this interview.
2、 Application conditions
（1） Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China;
（2） Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
（3） It meets the physical examination standards for the application for accreditation of teachers. (for details, please refer to the physical examination requirements of Beijing Teachers' qualification website);
（4） One of the applicant's household registration or personnel relations is in Beijing;
（5） In line with the educational background requirements of the Teachers Law
1. To apply for the kindergarten teacher qualification examination, normal graduates shall have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above, and non normal graduates shall have graduated from junior college or above;
2. To apply for the qualification examination of primary school teachers, normal school graduates shall have graduated from secondary normal school or above, and non normal school graduates shall have graduated from junior college or above;
3. To apply for the qualification examination of teachers in junior middle schools, they should have the diploma of higher normal college or other universities or above;
4. To apply for the qualification examination of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, they shall have bachelor's degree or above from normal universities or other universities;
5. To apply for the qualification examination of practice tutor in secondary vocational school, the applicant shall have graduated from secondary vocational school or above, and shall have the professional technical position of assistant engineer or above or the technical level of intermediate or above workers.
Students who are at or above the third grade in Beijing ordinary institutions of higher learning and those who are at or above the third grade in other provinces ordinary institutions of higher learning with registered residence in Beijing may apply for the examination with the certificate of study at home issued by the University. Among them, college students can only apply for the examination in the year of graduation (i.e. three-year college students apply for the examination in the third year, and two-year college students apply for the examination in the second year).
Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not register for the examination within five years; those who have been deprived of political rights or who have been punished with criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes shall not register for the examination. In case of cheating in the teacher qualification examination, the relevant provisions of the national measures for the treatment of irregularities in educational examination (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education) shall be followed.
3、 Application process
（1） Online application for interview
Online registration time of interview in the first half of 2018: 8:00 on April 19-16:00 on April 22, 2018.
Candidates who meet the requirements for interview and application shall log in to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network of the Ministry of Education (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn) within the specified time, register online according to the column guidance, select Beijing examination area, interview category, interview subject, etc., and complete other information entry. After the registration time expires, the registration system will be closed, and applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
